All Sales Are Final - No Returns or Refunds

At The Antique Supermarket, we specialise in pre-loved and second-hand goods. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has left our premises. All items are sold as seen, including, but not limited to, furniture, kitchenware, garden tools, crockery, oddities, DVDs, CDs, records, and books.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item purchased will fit into their property, including through doorways, hallways, and staircases. We strongly advise all customers to take the necessary measurements and check access before purchasing. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if an item does not fit into your home.

We encourage all customers to inspect items carefully before purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please speak to a member of staff before buying. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery Service Terms

We offer a delivery service for purchased items at an additional cost, agreed at the time of sale. Delivery will be made within 10 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item will fit through all access points to their property, including doors, hallways, and staircases. Please measure carefully before purchasing and arranging delivery. We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds if an item cannot be delivered due to size or access restrictions.

Please note:

  • Delivery is to the front door of the property only. Our team cannot bring items inside, upstairs, or into specific rooms.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that access to the front door is clear and accessible.

  • If you have any special requirements or concerns regarding delivery, please discuss these with us before arranging your delivery.

Zero tolerance policy on abuse

Respect Our Staff

At The Antique Supermarket, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our customers and our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour directed at our team members.

Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful language or actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone found behaving in this manner may be asked to leave the premises and, if necessary, further action may be taken.
